After a clerkship with the United States District Court for the District of Columbia, Paul practiced labor and employment law and litigation with firms in Pittsburgh and Cleveland.  In 2001, he opened his own firm in Northeast Ohio providing advice, counsel and litigation experience to employers and employees on a wide range of labor and employment issues.  Additionally, he represents businesses and individuals in business-related matters including non-competition and trade secret issues, shareholder disputes and contract negotiations.
